For custom-designed Products, the final product will be based on the agreed-upon design specifications. Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted process.
3. Ordering and Custom Orders
3.1. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the Products listed in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. 3.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. 3.3. Custom Orders:* For custom-designed jewelry, paintings, prints, ceramics, and accessories, you will be required to provide specific design details, including materials, dimensions, colors, and any other relevant information. * We will provide a quotation for the custom order based on the provided specifications. This quotation is valid for a specified period. * Production of custom orders will begin upon your confirmation of the design and payment of the agreed-upon price. * Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship. * We retain the right to refuse any custom order request that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or technically unfeasible.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. 4.2. Prices do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes, which will be added to your order total at checkout. 4.3. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our Website. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. 4.4. For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and prior to shipment.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or natural disasters. 5.4. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

By submitting design specifications or images for custom orders, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such materials and that they do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

7.1. If you submit any content to the Website, such as reviews or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.7.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Dacula, GA in accordance with the rules of the
Gwinnett County Arbitration & Mediation Lawyers. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. 10.3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.

11.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. 11.2. Your continued use of the Website after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using our Website and placing orders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Non-Custom Items:* We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with a non-custom item, you may return it within7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. * Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error in the order. * Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. * Exchanges are subject to product availability.
2. Custom Orders:* Due to the unique and personalized nature of custom-designed Products, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of defects in craftsmanship or if the final product does not substantially conform to the agreed-upon design specifications. * If you believe your custom order has a defect in craftsmanship or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
